D & B Auto is a family-owned business which has been serving the Martinsville area since 1971. The business was started by Martinsville natives Barron Frith and Doug Myers, although Doug retired in 1989. Barron is still active in the business. The full-time manager now is Johnny Bowling, and the staff includes a full-time and a part-time mechanic.
D & B provides services for all makes and models of cars and pickups, and can provide swift and efficient turnaround on small jobs like oil changes and state inspections. D & B also sells prior-owned cars and trucks, and specializes in "classic cars" to buy and sell, especially Ford Mustangs.
